Can anyone tell the differance between the Worm Factory and the Worm Factory 360? Any Input on them?

Bought a Worm factory a few weeks ago just to experiment with. As far as I can tell the only difference in the two is with minor design changes. The tops are different as are the bottom water collection trays. The WF 360 may work better outdoors than the regular WF since the plastic lid fits over the top tray (keeping out rain water) while the WF top just sits inside the top tray keeping out light.
