Update.
I removed top cover and cover with few layers of newspapaer. All the worms and babies are stay inside the bin. Thank you all.

Good to hear. When it rains keep a check on them to make sure they are still staying put.
If the worms all of a sudden start to mass exit then the bedding is going downhill.
