I have seen this topic on another forum. A few claim that the banana peels killed there worms however I seen alot more of the members that used the banana peels with no problems. I have used bananas before with no perceived ill effects.

I feed lots of non-organic peels and have never had a problem. But I do let them sit in a bucket in my garage for at least a week before feeding so maybe that has some effect?
