I found my market through family. My sister-in-law runs a wholesale landscape nursery and my wife's uncle runs a big greenhouse. When we had enough on hand to sell we started there and then did some shows and just kept pushing.

Retail here, but will soon try wholesaling when we get enough to do it. Right now, we are just keeping sales rolling to keep our breeding herd growing.

To be honest ISC doesnt really have wholesale/retail features. It has a more simplistic 'Customer group' feature that allows you to create groups of customers that receive different discounts. You can setup a 'wholesale' group with discounts BUT none of the other cart features such as freight, payment methods etc are effected - So regular and 'wholesale' group customers get the exact same options.
