What are people doing for excessive amounts of castings as commercially?

I have a large amount of castings and looking at purchasing property to build a barn for my pets BUT the castings which everyone states are a great product for personal use and I fully agree. I have yet to find anyone buying the castings or a market for them other than online bagged. Is there a market for the castings when you have more than 1000 pounds a month? And how do you find them?

I also looking to resell my red worms but only see them being sold as starters for new farmers and composters online. Is this the case as I have as most probably do have excess and want to turn my hobby into a full time position. Is this realistic?

I have a friend that started a "starter worms kit". A bin with bedding , worms and specific instructions . "Worming for Dummies" if you will . He is doing well . He sells them at swap meets and to teachers for classroom use . BTW he starts them with 1/2 pound of worms in a Rubber Maid bin with air holes already drilled .

I bet you could connect with local garden centers to sell them bagged locally, which would make more sense than selling online (they're a heavy product to ship).

Not sure what other markets you're thinking of?? They're sold as bait, but I imagine that's a hard business to get into. At least around here, the bate industry is dominated by a few large distributors. People stocking bait need to deal with an established seller who they can count on to be rock-solid in delivering a quality bait week after week.
