Now that is a real can of worms. Depends on the country they are going too. Every time I have shipped overseas (non worm items) it has taken at least 7 to 10 days. Not to mention the fact that most customs houses are going to want to know about soil and even Hawaii will not allow non native worms. I would not do it if I were you.

Hoss is right. Dealing with Customs is a real pain. I have never shipped outside the US, but I know most countries will not allow worm castings across the border. They consider them soil and soil is a BIG No-No. You would really have to package the worms well due to the potential time-lags in shipping through Customs.
I feel your pain about slow sales. Nowadays, I'm lucky if I can sell a pound of castings every other week. Hoping the approaching warm weather will get lots of folks to start think about putting in their gardens.
