I have a presentation to do with earthworm cells. I was wondering what was the lifespan of such cells within the animal ?

Sir, its a great pleasure to meet you in this site.By the way I am doing research work in earthworms. I wanted to know how to collect the coelomocytes other than using extrusion medium (guaical glycerol ether EDTA ,SALINE AND ETHANOL).
