My husband and I are going to set up several worm bins. We live in Ohio. Can we harvest worms from cow manure and other hot compost sites? If so what kind of worms would they be? We would like to have a small business selling castings but am not sure how warm the worms would have to stay during the winter. Could they stay outside in containers or would they have to be keep warm?
