Indian Workshop Huge Success 4 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 1
Hello everyone,

From what I am hearing everyone in the industry is talking about the Indian Vermicomposting event that took place in Coimbatore, India earlier this month.

I heard their was a great attendance and the speakers were fabulous.

Does anyone know anymore information about this event?

Andy

Andy,

I was logged on and reading some articles when you posted. I heard the same thing. But, I also heard there was a workshop in Minsk, Russia and a workshop in North Carolina all in the last couple of weeks. Does anyone have any pertinent information?

I do have some information on the events in India and in NC. The owner of the company I work for attended (and was a speaker) at the India Vermicompost Conference. He said it was excellent. I will see if I can get a brief outline/list of discussed topics/presentations that occurred.

He also attended and spoke at the NC Workshop put on by Rhonda Sherman (NC State). I was unable to go this year (someone had to watch the worms) but went last year and it was great. Rhonda does a great job at pulling together qualified speakers from all backgrounds and experience. Its worth it if you get the chance to go.

I will try to find and post some of the links to each event.

Have a great day.

Welcome Aboard Worm Engineer

I just received a copy of the new magazine and I saw that there will be a big cover story on the India Conference in the next issue.

It also looks like the EarthWorm Digest posted a story up on the website about your operation and your boss.

Keep up the good work. The folks at Earthworm Digest told me good things about the India trip.
