Sources for worms? 3 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a source for red wigglers?

Thanks,
Dean

I have nightcrawlers now and I was told there no good for vermicomposting. I want the worm castings.

How about three names to start you off with. I have ordered from all three and received great service from all of them.

1) Best Buy Worms - FL
2) Early Bird Worms - SC
3) Acme Worm Farm - AZ

There are many more out there, so shop around for the best prices.

Dean...what kind of Nightcrawlers do you have? Euro's are pretty commonly used, almost as much as Red's. I have a bin of Euro's I recently started up and they're doing well.

Mark,

I'm unsure which variety they are I bought them at a local conveince store sold as bait. I've heard that the nightcrwlers are not good for worm castings. What do you think?
