I think your right Susan. I wrote Admin a few times to see if they could do anything about the spam postings, but never received a reply.

Sure do. Checked my large outdoor bin yesterday and found a lovely new crop of babies going to town on some chicken bones I had tossed in. There are also some BSFL in my indoor bins. When they molt into adults, I take the bin outside and release the adults near my outdoor bins. They have really been a big help this year.

OT: Like you, I have been asked to set up an exhibit at the State Fair this year. Hoping to turn lots of people onto Thermal Composting, Vermicomposting & Composting with BSFL.

I am running an experiment to see if I can get a colony of BSF to over-winter, still consuming lots of organics.
