Hi i need help in raising alabama jumpers, how come my young alabama jumpers doesn't seem to grow? i use coco peat and top soil as bedding. expert pls advise.

I tried raising Jumpers once and it was a complete flop. Had them in a large bin. Was told later on another chat board that they do not do well in bins. Unlike the Red Wigglers I have also, the jumpers do not like a bedding of paper and food scraps. Rather, they prefer a soil based bedding and are best raises in pits. Did not try again. Jumpers are too expensive. My Wigglers are much less trouble and easier for me to raise.
