Copra as carbon source - 2008/08/20 23:15 I am in the process of putting together a worm breeding unit. I have access to cow dung, saw dust and copra where the milk had been extracted. This is often thrown away or is used as animal feed.

I am just wondering if it is possible to use the waste copra as bedding material. It still has about 10% oil in it.

Does anyone has any opinion as to whether vertical or horizontal unit is better ?

Thanks in adavance.
