Hello Jerry,
The staff thought it would be a good idea NOT to have Karma ratings for posters. Actually, we believe everyone's contribution is important. We love the idea of keeping track of forum posts. As you can see, you are a protected species earthworm with 260 posts.
Every once in a while you get someone who comes on the board and attempts to distract with a negative post. Technology is amazing. We pick up on it quickly. It doesn't take long. We know who they are. Depending on the absurdity of post, the staff actually has quite a bit of fun with some of the silly comments in the forums.
Jerry, it is pretty easy spotting the imposters. Just look at their number of posts in the forums. If they are writing negative posts and they have a small post count, usually they have for whatever reason an ulterior motive or a separate agenda.
So, no more Karma ratings. . .number of posts are the cool factor. I guess this means you are one cool guy.
