Re:woorms are on the way - 2008/03/21 19:38Yes it is cool. I have tried a few different business ventures. I was a carpet cleaner for 17 years.
This started out as a hobbie. I think it may evolve into a business. It excites me so much.

Re:woorms are on the way - 2008/03/22 21:20LOL. Dean your funny. Compared to some of the big farms. Thats nothing. Im Still working on my plan.
I may even purchase more. Working out all the details. I have been playing around with my little friends for about 4 years.
I remember all the unfortunate people that bought into bandb worms. A fool and their money...
I am so excited about the potential worm casting market. In my opinion. The market is ready for explosive growth. Once we all get a constant supply established. Thats my main goal.

Re:woorms are on the way - 2008/03/22 21:25Kyle,
Wow, 4 years is a long time compared to me!
I agree the casting market is still untapped. I did see some stuff at Home Depot and Walmart , but it was expensive.
What is "bandb"?

Re:woorms are on the way - 2008/03/25 19:11Dean B and B was a scam buy back company. In my opinion it was a ponsie scam.
For under 100 dollars anyone can try out raising worms.
Keep asking questions. Im no expert by any means. Evry time I handle the worms or feed them. I learn somthing new. I am ready to take the plunge and make this a business. This year will be my trial year. I will also build up my stock.
My dream witch i hope becomes reality. To make a living doing this. That way ill have more time with kids family.
Not looking to get rich.

Re:woorms are on the way - 2008/03/26 12:27Kyle,
Good luck with your business. That is how I got started. Been almost a year now, and I hope to be just doing this within another year.
Setting up a website and retail store right now. Already have a few wholesale accounts of our own. It does appear that there is a lot of potentional in the castings market, at least up here!Dave Wallace Squirmin' Worm Farm Plymouth, WI www.squirminwormfarm.com

Re:woorms are on the way - 2008/03/26 19:34Dean b and b was a buy back company. You invested 25000 to 50000 I think. They gurranteed you a price per pound. Look on the old forums from here. Go back about 3 or 4 years.
Thankyou for your encouragment.
