Hello, everyone. You guys have done a great job with the forum! Another step into a new dimension...I do agree with Jerry, I'd much rather visit with folks who have a 'real' name rather than a pseudonym, however. looking forward to visiting here every day. Seeya, Bob

Re:Good Job! - 2005/09/25 07:55 Finally got here. I agree with you and Jerry, Bob. But as long as info about worms and vermicomposting is available, that's what counts.

Re:Good Job! - 2005/09/25 09:04 It does look good! I was worried yesterday when the old 'favs' link didn't work. Thanks, Jay for sending us the right direction. When Life Gives You Scraps, Make A Quilt.

Re:Good Job! - 2005/09/25 10:22 I finally made my way through cyberspace and found the new site, thanks mostly to Jay Blair. I was sad, thinking the party was going on without me and my herd! I am only going to guess that many of the old forum members may be experiencing the same thing. It would be a great thing if past forum members could email missing members and tell them to do a new search for the Worm Digest and not use a bookmark from the old site, (as I was doing).
I am having fun, drinking way too much coffee, and perusing this site. I really like the introduction with pictures of the new director and team!

Re:Good Job! - 2005/10/02 15:11 Hey Friends,

Who the heck is that girl on the Weekly Poll link?

I have to admit I laughed at the poll questions after viewing the picture.

You all sure have a good sense of humor around here.

Re:Good Job! - 2005/10/02 16:55 Bob and Corn Meal,

I clicked on the link and my telephone rang in the other room. I got up to answer the telephone. My wife walked by the computer and in passing looked at the screen. She asked me what I was looking at on the computer. I had no idea what was happening or what she was talking about. Then, I figured it out.

We both laughed for two minutes. That girl's photo is hysterical. I guess it takes all kinds. Can you say weirdo?

It is nice to get a good laugh in before the upcoming work week. Somebody voted to get her telephone number. That alone made us both laugh again.

Thank you.

Re:Good Job! - 2005/10/04 07:01 Wormswrangler,

Go to the Home Page. Underneath the Main Menu, you should see Polls. This weeks poll asked the question, Is this the real Worm Digest? Immediately following the question you should see the word "link" in parenthesis. Click on the (link) with your mouse. The picture will appear. Then, go back to the Home Page and place your vote among the available choices. After you vote, you can view the results of all the other people who have voted.

The choice answer in the lead at this moment is very humorous.

Re:Good Job! - 2005/10/04 11:20 I figured it out. I was looking on the forum homepage rather than the home homepage. Looks to me like a relative of the Loch Ness Monster. Oh well!!!

Re:Good Job! - 2005/10/04 12:03 Hey Red Hen,
That saying of STARVE THE LANDFILL, FEED THE EARTH would make a great bumper sticker. Maybe it'll end up in the store. I heard the store was opening soon...
Re: October Calendar Girl - who found this picture?
I am wondering if parents of that worm being eaten know where their child is....
