Thank you for the reply. Another question popped up last night as I lay awake at 2am anxiously awaiting my worm arrival. From what I've read in general, the time to harvest your castings is when all the bedding is consumed and whats left is a brown/black sustance. I've read that just plain shredded newspaper works fine and also a combination of newspaper and peat work well. I chose the latter. Now I understand the paper is food for the worms but will thet also convert the peat, which I understand is lacking in any nutrition, to castings also? Thanks again for th advice,
