 Problem with search feature - 2009/04/06 11:41 New here and am just getting started with my first bin. I am trying to use the search feature so as to not ask the same questions. The problem is when I look at the first post then use the back arrow to go back to the search results it says "Web has expired" and I have to retype the search again. Any suggestions????

I still use IE for some sites, but FF is my main one. Southwestern Ont.

Thank you for the reply. I will try that. Have used Firefox in the past but it didn't format my company ebsite things properly so I went back to IE.

 Re:Promlem with search feature - 2009/04/09 07:52 Hi tom if you use the worm digest search featureit works fine just high lite the words hit the right mouse button ad select copy then just hit enter and thr results pop up if you need to research the same topic hit the right mouse button select paste. and you are right back where you started FEED IT TO THE WORMS

Not sure what you mean. If fir instance I type in shredder in the "search forum" colum I get a whole page of threads found. Normally when you do that in other forums you can select one to read the back page back to the list and select another but it won't work here at least with IE.

I guess you're going to have to get FF or Opera. I just typed Mites in the search button and got a whole page of threads. After reading one, I went back, and the threads were all there again, to read the next one. This was using Opera.

I tried it again, using IE, and you're right, the Page has Expired. Southwestern Ont.

I had some issues similar to yours prior to installing IE 8 on other websites and found by hitting the refresh button after seeing "Webpage Expired" it would usually take me back to the page I wanted to be on. TOM-if you had after typing in"shredder"then highlited the word or words then using the right mouse button select copy. when you get in the place where you have to retype the words again just click right button an click on paste then hit enter [adapt overcome surive]
