Do ENCs grow wild in central Arkansas? - 2009/03/27 18:01 I just picked up a load of rabbit manure that was piled up in someone's yard. The stuff was loaded with what looked like European Night Crawlers. Do ENCs grow wild in central Arkansas? The manure was also loaded with a large quantity of ENC sized egg capsules. I fed the load of manure to my outdoor bins and pits. It looks like they will have a fare mix of ENCs and EFs.

I found the manure from an advertisement on freecycle.

Re:Do ENCs grow wild in central Arkansas? - 2009/04/08 20:45 Likely possible. About five or so years ago my entire operation got washed away in a big flood. I'm in West Central Arkansas and the river flows East! A few stayed around but I figure several hundred thousand and at least as many eggs went for a swim. No telling where they might have landed and taken up residence Arkie's Vermiculture
