Different manures - 2009/04/18 20:20 We have all discussed the making of "Worm Tea" in an almost ongoing manner . I now have a question . Does anyone know/think that this procedure would work for ANY other manure ? I have many pounds of old , granulated (I ran it through a chipper/shredder) and I was just wondering if making a tea would be a better use for some of this .More to the point , does this procedure strengthen any other manure ? Re:Different manures - 2009/04/18 21:21 My dad used to make manure teas years ago. Rabbit, cow, goat, sheep, whatever was available and used it in the greenhouse. Sorry I don't know the recipes exact amounts, only that it can be done. Last year I grew a six ft tomato plant out of a bucket that was nothing but aerated composted manure in water.
