small worm bins moisture problem - 2009/05/09 09:36 As of late the more humid summer weather the small coffee can growing bins have had a problem of being too wet it seems that feeding the pumpkin in a small area just adds moisture more than I can compensate with shredded paper anyway.so for the summer I will just go back to the 15 gallon vertical and horizontal bins they seem to be doing just fine. I also screened in one of my raised garden bins 2 x 2 x 6' on the bottom to exclude moles and have been adding horse and goat manure hope they breed fast. FEED IT TO THE WORMS
