Hi, to all the Worm lovers and Members of this great forum.
My name is Geoff, and I am from Central Victoria, Australia. The state, right next to Marshall... in the Southern part of Australia. We Aussies are the opposite
to you Guy's in the States - weather wise. We are now just starting to head into winter, after a very long dry Summer.
I just love this forum, I just found it by chance 3 or 4 days ago. I read all the posts over and over.
Only started my first Worm farm on April 25th, so just a real "newie", but I just love it Have Red Tiger and Red wrigglers.On the 25th picked up my first 500, then a few days later, got in another 8000. Have set up in a nursery hot house, about 10ft x 20ft with good metal selves, with the temp at this time of the year around 10c to 15c. I am using poly-form boxes for the worms, so after only 10 days all seems to be going well.
But without the wormdigest forum, it would be a real battle. Many thanks to all you good folks that write such helpful posts. Geoff
