Re:Old food in worm bins - 2006/05/08 06:58 Thanks for the tip Gary, I will remember that. They really liked the celery and carrots that I ran through the food processor, but those two things have a lot ot moisture in them naturally so this was really soft and wet when it went into the bin. The worms congregated to that area of the bin pretty quick when I put that in there for them. (Glenda makes mental note....finely chopped, soft and moisture=good for the worms )
