Going price for castings? - 2007/01/16 20:14
I am wondering if anyone knows what the general going price is for worm castings out on the market. We are a small business that is just getting started. We will feeding the worms pre-consumer food waste, culled produce and shredded paper. Starting out, we will be producing about 100 lbs. of castings per week.
I have seen these prices on www.planetnatural.com:
5lb = $5.95
30lb = $11.95
16 qt. - $10.95 (Black Gold brand)
