200/5=40
1 c=8 oz
8x40= 320 oz
so about 2 1/2 gal molasses, 12.5 lbs castings for 200 gal water? Ask the experts, I'm just guessing from what I use. The ratio's may change for volume increase and my formula is just what I use.
