Selling by the pound is not the way to go for the small grower..I'm a small grower & I'm going to try this Spring by selling my castings packaged in Organza Pouches they are a Flow- thru mesh material sold as & for Party Favors for weddings.. each bag will have about 2oz of castings & I'm going to sell them for $3.00 a bag..As far as the casting go.. as long they keep warm & not air tight they will keep for over a year & everytime you harvest just keep on putting fresh casting with your old castings & the new will perk up the old castings..Slim
