Michelle,
You should be in good shape as long as your bins are inside. I am in Wisconsin and keep my crews all heated.
I would take Gary's  advice, grab a beer or glass of wine, and start getting things ready. You'll want your bins all set up when you get your new friends arrive. That way they can move right in get, get unpacked, and head of dinner and work!
