That really depends on if you will be selling by weight or by volume, the quality, and how finely screened your castings are. If it were screened with 1/2", I would charge less than castings screened to 1/4 or 1/8".
When I was first asked to sell some of mine, I found the only place in this area to buy castings was at the big nursary stores. There, they were charging around $5 per gallon bag. It was finely screened, and of good quality. So, I sold mine for the same price.
Some offer vc for sale by the lb, and I can only see that being fair to the consumer if the material is dry.
