stinky vermicompost okay to use? - 2008/04/09 08:21 Hi! I've been reading lots of prior posts and think this is a great forum of info.
I did the newbie 1 month old bin thing and got the bottom too wet and Stinky . I took everything out and layered it between dry shredded paper; the worms all seem fine, just some sluggish ones at the bottom. There was about an inch of the stinkiest stuff at the bottom that is probably mostly castings. Once it dries out, is it as good to use as regular vermicompost?
