my question about what I read from the
Depart of Agri about any materials used
such as horse/cow manure for agriculture
must be composted to a temp of 131 degrees
for 3 days is that accurate or not. If I plan to
sell compost or Tea don't I need to follow that guideline? HELP ....HELP....
