I don't know if it is the Canadian Nightcrawler or not. That's what I'm trying to find out. The book I'm reading says "Lumbricus Terrestris" known as orchard worm, rainworm, night lion, angleworm and a number of other popular names in different locations. The worm sellers that I have found do not list any of those names....

Comforting to know that even 20 year veterans are confused by these creatures. So after 5 years, I shouldnt beat myself up over my loss of worms this summer.

I would be extremely interested in hearing from someone that has a relationship with a dairy farm...

Thanks in advance....

On average once a week I lift up top of bedding/feed to see how they are doing and check on moisture. Rubbermaid tubs seem to create so much condensation moisture that I have a hard time getting castings dry enough to sift through (1/2" and 1/4" hardware cloth) and get out castings to start fresh.
I also sell worms but they are hand picked fishing worms. I was thinking if a bucket had a pound in each one then that would be 100 buckets for 100Lbs. I'm sure you will come up with what works best for your operation....
